We want you to love your Patara shoes as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure your footwear is in brand-new condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email for easy printing and attachment.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Patara box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
